I don’t know a thing about you, but I’ll bet you’ve invested money sometime in your life. And if you have a 401K or IRA, you’ve probably seen your portfolio shrink in value over the past few years. Investing from within and IRA has probably never crossed your mind.
I for one, have experienced the same.
I worked for years in a factory that produced stainless tubing. Our employer offered a 401K plan and most of us took advantage of the tax deferred program. In the early years, we were pleased to see our dollars grow at a fast pace.

One of them had invested in a single family home, which had a great rental income, and was in an area that was still appreciating. He had bought it from a company that offered turnkey investments, with renters and property managers in place. This allows him to avoid the headaches of being a landlord, while realizing passive income to make his money grow. He bought at such a good price that after 1 year, he sold the property for 10K more than he paid for it, bringing overall return on investment to 31%.

As you will see, people are now realizing how powerful investing from within an IRA can be. Investing from within an IRA is totally accepted by the IRS as an investment vehicle. More and more people are using this strategy to finally see their money grow.
